PropSolvers — Privacy
Short, because there is not much to it. We are a small company that buys houses. We collect what we need to call you back about one property, and nothing else.
What we collect
When you send us a property through the form or by phone, we keep your name, phone number, email if you gave one, the property address, and whatever you told us about the situation. That is the whole list.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider records ordinary server logs (the page requested, the time, an IP address) for security and to keep the site running. If we use analytics, it is to count visits and see which pages help people, not to identify you.
We do not buy lists about you, sell or rent your information, or share it with other buyers. If we are not the right buyer for your house we will say so on the phone, and your information stays with us.
How we use it
To call or text you about the property you sent, to prepare an offer, and, if we go forward, to close the sale through a title company or attorney, who will need the same details for the closing documents.
By sending the form you agree that we may call or text you about that property. Reply STOP to any text and we will stop. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless a closing is under way and the paperwork requires it.
The form itself is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, a form-delivery service, which handles the message in transit and does not keep it for its own purposes.
